3. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license keys and account information. You agree not to use the software for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

• No unauthorized distribution or "cracking" of license keys.
• No use of the service for spamming or spreading malicious code.
• No attempt to bypass security measures or access data not intended for you.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of Elite PC Cleaner require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full credit card information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elite PC Cleaner is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.
